The membership space —The Crazy Ones community— is designed to offer curated information, actionable tools, inspired motivation and connection to like-minded people that if learned, implemented and acted upon will lead you to real and lasting change for the better, personally and professionally.

These Membership Terms & Conditions outline how we roll inside The Crazy Ones community membership space. They clarify what you’re saying yes to, how we’ll support you, and what makes this container work for everyone.

By joining The Membership, you’re agreeing to these Terms in full.

Overview & Acceptance

By purchasing a membership to The Crazy Ones community (the “Membership”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”), which are legally binding.

The services are offered by Higher Level Health (& Life) (“we,” “our,” “us”). They apply to any current and future partner, practitioner, coach, or guest, whether delineated by name here or not.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued membership and participation indicates your agreement to the most current version.

What the Membership Includes

The Crazy Ones community membership is a monthly, subscription-based offering with a variety of entry levels. Choose the one that suits your needs best. The different levels are describe on the Membership sign-up page.

In general, you will find a focus on health and personal growth through the lens of body, mind, heart, and soul exploration. There will be a variety of options to connect with us and with the community. Attend those which speak to you. Ignore those that don’t.

You can switch membership level at any time as fits your needs, purposes, and goals. You can cancel at any time as well.

Who It’s For

This Membership is made for growth-minded, soulful humans who are ready to:

• Take personal responsibility for their health and healing on any and every level

• Engage in community with respect, kindness, and curiosity

• Show up to do the work, at whatever level you are able even if that implementation is imperfectly executed

• Celebrate both inner shifts and outer wins for themselves and of others

This is not a quick-fix container. We welcome your full presence and commitment.

What You Get

Depending on the level of Membership you choose, it could Include some or all of the following:

  • a monthly topic focus

  • group Q&A sessions

  • Q&A recordings

  • access to a private online community

  • discounts on 1:1 sessions, courses and programs with our coaches, practitioners and teachers

  • co-working sessions (hang outs, accountability sessions, nudge sessions) with optional short Q&As before the hangouts begin

  • other discounts and special offers by topic, month or season

⚠️ Note:

Q&As are recorded and made available for replay. Hang Outs/Co-working sessions are not recorded.

Resources are provided in English only. *If you have the ability to accurately translate them into a language in which you are fluent, we might be interested in hiring you. Email us on our Contact Us page here.

Community Guidelines

This is a kind, growth-centered community. Respect, empathy, and integrity are essential. Disruptive or inappropriate behavior will result in immediate removal from the Membership.

We’re not responsible for member conduct but we are here to maintain a safe and encouraging space. We welcome feedback and will actively respond to any and all feedback regarding safety as well as the overall greater good.

We welcome your cooperation and assistance as we build a loving, accepting, uplifting space for you to be your true self, your best self, your authentic self. 



We reserve the right to add further guidelines as they become necessary.

Payments & Fees

Membership is automatically charged monthly via Stripe or Squarespace Payments and auto-renews on the same date each month. Your rate is locked in at the time of sign-up, but pricing may increase for new members in the future. If you cancel and later decide to rejoin, you will be expected to subscribe at the then current rate.

We’ll give at least 21 days’ notice of any pricing or service changes that affect your membership.

Cancellation & Refunds

Because you receive instant access to materials and community, no refunds are provided once you’ve joined. Please read everything carefully and reach out with questions before subscribing.

To cancel, log into your account on the website > Settings and manage your membership there.

Cancel anytime via your Member Area. You’ll retain access through your current billing cycle. No further charges will occur after cancellation.

Termination Rights

We reserve the right to cancel your membership without refund or notice for:

  • Payments fail or are overdue

  • You breach these Terms

  • We determine removal is necessary (at our discretion)

You can reach us via email on our Contact Us page. Emails are answered Monday–Friday. Response times vary, but we always aim to support you in a timely way.

Disclaimers

This Membership offers general education and guidance—not medical, business, legal, or financial advice. You are solely responsible for your decisions, actions, and the results therein.

If you need medical support (mental or physical), please consult a licensed professional. Your participation is an acknowledgment that your health is your own responsibility.

Liability Limits

We are not liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

• Any actions or decisions you take based on Membership materials

• Any tech failures, service interruptions, or loss of access

Our total liability is limited to the sum of your last 3 months membership fees paid prior to the claim.

Privacy & Confidentiality

We respect your privacy. Your personal data is protected as outlined in our Privacy Policy. You agree not to share or misuse information disclosed by other members. Breaches of confidentiality may result in immediate dismissal from the Membership.

Recordings may include your name and image if you participate live. Because of the nature of our community we request that you show your face during our meetings. If you prefer to remain anonymous, please do not attend live meetings and events; enjoy the recordings instead.

Intellectual Property

All content shared in the Membership is for your personal use only. You may not duplicate, republish, or share materials with anyone. All rights reserved.

Non-Compete & Ethical Conduct

Please don’t pitch, poach, or recruit other members into your businesses, programs, services, etc. If you think you have an aligned offer, contact us to discuss it via our Contact Us page. We value collaboration, not competition.

Waiver & severability

Failure to enforce any part of these Terms does not waive our right to do so in the future.

Errors & Inaccuracies

We may occasionally correct or update content, pricing, or delivery details without notice if errors or omissions are found.

force majeure

We are not responsible for service delays due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, illness, tech failure).

Jurisdiction

This agreement is governed by the laws of Texas, USA. Disputes will be resolved via individual arbitration in San Antonio, TX.
