These Sales Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern all physical product purchases made through Higher Level Health (& Life) (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By purchasing any physical product, you (“Customer” or “you”) agree to these legally binding Terms.

We strive to ensure that all product descriptions, images, and information provided on our website are accurate and up-to-date. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content are error-free. If a product offered is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.
Availability
All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue or limit quantities of any product at any time without notice.
Order Acceptance
Receipt of your order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason, including errors in pricing or availability.

All prices are listed in USD and exclude applicable taxes and shipping unless otherwise stated. You are responsible for all applicable taxes, customs, and duties.

Shipping Methods
We ship via standard and expedited carriers. Shipping fees and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout and may vary based on location and service level selected.
Processing Times
Most orders are processed within 3–5 business days, but this may vary during sales, holidays, or unforeseen delays.
Delivery Issues
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, incorrect shipping addresses provided by the Customer, or events beyond our control. If a package is marked “delivered” but not received, please contact the carrier directly.
returns & exchanges
Eligibility
Non-Consumable Products
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused, unopened items in original packaging. Proof of purchase is required. Perishable goods, personal care items, and opened supplements are non-returnable for health and safety reasons.
Consumable Products
Consumable products are not made by us and most often will be shipped directly from a third party, such as direct from the maker or from a supplement or herbal distributor. Refund terms will be subject to their policies which will be found on their website. Please contact them directly if you receive a damaged product or have any other issues related to shipping.
Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital products, they are non-refundable after purchase. Please make your purchase choices thoughtfully. If you have questions before buying, you may contact us on our Contact us page here.
Process
To initiate a return, contact us via our Contact Us page with your order number and reason for return. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was defective or shipped in error.
Refunds
Approved returns will be refunded to the original method of payment within 7–10 business days of receiving the returned item.

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, notify us within 7 days of delivery via our Contact Us page with photo evidence. We’ll make it right—either by sending a replacement or issuing a refund.
intellectual property
All product designs, labels, packaging, and written content remain the intellectual property of Higher Level Health (& Life) or the manufacturer of the product. Reproduction or resale without express written permission is prohibited.
limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product use. Our total liability for any claim related to a product shall not exceed the purchase price paid.
dispute resolution & governing law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Idaho, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute shall first be attempted to be resolved through informal negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Ada county.
modifications
We reserve the right to update or change these Terms at any time. Continued use of our website or additional purchases after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
